​This project involved a single-storey extension to the rear of an urban detached two-storey house with a secluded garden. The homeowners sought a solution to their cramped utility room and a desire for additional living space.

Our approach reimagined the existing utility room as a functional lobby that connects the original house to the new extension. The extension itself houses a larger utility room and a bright, inviting sunroom, perfect for relaxation and family gatherings.
