We work in close partnership with our clients to explore ideas and solutions to ensure our designs are tailored to meet their needs, property and budget. Our approach is flexible and the unique part of our service is our involvement in the project can be determined by the client. We can provide feasibility sketches, one off design, surveying or manage the whole project from concept to completion.

Conversions

Conversions are the perfect way to add space without building on. Even a simple loft conversion can transform your living space completely—as long as the design ideas really work. We start by gaining an understanding of the space and it’s potential. Maybe it’s destined for life as a new flat, full of character and period features. Or perhaps you have a loft space that could make a stunning new bedroom with amazing views; our first job is to recognize the potential.

Refurbishments

Staying in your home and turning it into a more spacious and comfortable one is often a far more prudent financial choice than moving. Add value and get the space you always wanted with a well- designed refurbishment. There is a lot to consider: Do you go for a full renovation or refurbish just some areas? Do you add a new kitchen? A new bathroom? These decisions will often involve new electrics and plumbing, so getting the design brief clear from the outset is key.

Property Surveys

This thorough inspection enables the client to make a well-informed decision on the feasibility of purchasing a property, based on it condition. It examines all accessible parts of the property. The report will typically consist of description of form of construction and materials used, general condition of property, identifies major defects with the property, suggests remedial actions, might recommend future special investigations, advises on matters relating to planning permission and building regulations.

3D Images, Interior Views and Walk through

Develop up 3D images indicating detail such as materials, texture, landscaping, furniture layouts, etc. If you would like a walk through your house, we can develop that too.
